Returns and Refund Policy

We hope that you are pleased with your order. If you for any reason are not satisfied, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. 

RETURNS

Products must be returned unused, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached for a full refund. Once received, all items are subject to inspection. If the returned item is used, dirty or damaged, we may not refund the whole purchase amount. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 14-day grace period has expired.

How to return your product

1. Start your return by filling return form below.

2. Please make sure that you complete all the information correctly. 

3. Our customer support will contact with you for further details via mail. 

4. If return is approved, you will receive an email confirmation with shipping guidelines.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and it will be deducted as shipping cost from your refund amount.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges, if you would like to try a different size please return your unwanted items for a refund and place a new order online which will be processed in the usual time frame.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you about your refund process. If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method. Please allow up to 5-7 working days for returns to be processed once we have received them. We do not refund initial shipping charges.
